When my truck wouldn't start I thought I'd try a different repair shop than where I normally go, so I called Andersen. They got me on the schedule about a week out. They also recommended a towing service - Rip's Towing - who made things very easy and did a good job. Andersen Auto quickly identified the issue - a bad starter, as suspected. Some schedule time opened up, and they were able to get the starter replaced a few days earlier than expected. I also had them change the oil. I was very satisfied with their work and their communication. In addition to the repair/oil change, they also performed a full inspection and identified some other potential work to be done and quoted prices for it. I will definitely be going back to address some of those items. Thanks Katie and team!

The best auto repair shop I’ve EVER experienced, they are so honest, caring, understanding, knowledgeable and professional! They will tell you how it is and NOT sugar coat anything because they genuinely care for the safety of their customers in their vehicles they bring in. They offer so many great services, they will check a car over for free before you purchase so you don’t get waste your money on a vehicle that may not be worth the cash. The prices aren’t outrageous, very reasonable! They also offer affirm on their repair site! If you want a reliable mechanic definitely come here! Dan has been the one working on my vehicle and he’s been nothing but amazing! He has walked me through the issues I’ve had showing me first hand! Such an incredible staff they have, 0-10 they get 110%! Give them a call!

I’ve had multiple mechanics tell me my vehicle was fine but they found the problem at Andersen when we had a power steering scare on the road They even recommended NOT getting work done without going to a transmission specialist first, where he confirmed my vehicles transmission was dying.
